Specifications: 4 ml:8 mg

Term of Validity: 2 years

Approval Number: GYZZ H20217065

Applicable Symptoms: Indicated for blood pressure control in certain acute hypotensive situations (e.g., pheochromocytoma resection, sympathectomy, poliomyelitis, spinal anesthesia, myocardial infarction, sepsis, blood transfusion, and drug adverse reactions). Used as an adjuvant therapy for cardiac arrest and severe hypotension. For the emergency treatment of hypovolemia-induced shock, this product can be used as an adjuvant therapy to achieve blood volume supplementation, so as to help increase blood pressure and temporarily maintain perfusion in cerebral and coronary arteries until the blood volume supplementation takes effect; it can also be used for maintaining blood pressure after cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

Manufacturer: Grand Pharmaceutical (China) Co., Ltd.

Usage and Dosage: Start with intravenous infusion at a rate of 16-24 μg/min, and then assess the patient response and adjust the dose accordingly to maintain the desired hemodynamic effect. Monitor blood pressure every 2 minutes until the desired hemodynamic effect is achieved, and then monitor the pressure every 5 minutes during the infusion period. The average maintenance dose is 4-8 μg per minute. Drug discontinuation: For stopping the infusion, gradually reduce the flow rate. Abrupt drug discontinuation shall be avoided. Drug incompatibility: This product shall avoid contact with iron salts, alkalis and oxidants. If whole blood or plasma is needed to increase blood volume, this product shall be administered separately from whole blood or plasma infusion. Commonly used dose for children: Start with intravenous drip at a rate of 0.02-0.1 μg/kg per minute according to the body weight and then adjust the rate as needed.

Epinephrine Hydrochloride Injection (Prefilled)

Applicable Symptoms: It is mainly indicated for severe dyspnea caused by bronchospasm. It can quickly relieve anaphylactic shock caused by drugs, and can also prolong the action time of infiltration anesthetics. It is the primary rescue drug in cardiopulmonary resuscitation for cardiac arrest caused by various reasons.

Methoxamine Hydrochloride Injection
Methoxamine Hydrochloride Injection

Applicable Symptoms: 1. It can help increasing blood pressure to treat hypotension during general anesthesia and prevent arrhythmia; and it can also be used to treat hypotension induced by intraspinal block, but with the possibility of reducing cardiac output. 2. It can be used to terminate the onset of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.

Dopamine Hydrochloride Injection
Dopamine Hydrochloride Injection

Applicable Symptoms: Indicated for shock syndrome caused by myocardial infarction, trauma, endotoxin sepsis, cardiac surgery, renal failure, and congestive heart failure; and for shock events that cannot be rescued by blood volume supplementation, especially for those with oliguria and normal or low peripheral vascular resistance. Since this product can increase cardiac blood output, it is also used for cardiac insufficiency where foxglove and diuretics are ineffective.
