Usage and Dosage: Dilute this product before use by adding 5 ml of the product to 250-1000 ml of diluent (0.9% sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection, glucose sodium chloride injection or sodium lactate Ringer injection). Common dosage for adults: Start the intravenous injection at a dose of 1-5 μg/kg of body weight per minute, and then increase the dose at a rate of 1-4 μg/kg per minute for 10 minutes to achieve the maximum therapeutic effect. For chronic refractory heart failure: From the beginning of intravenous infusion, gradually increase the dose by 0.5-2 μg/kg of body weight per minute. For most patients, administration at a dose of 1-3 μg/kg/min can be effective. For patients with occlusive vascular disease: Start the intravenous infusion at a dose of 1 μg/kg/min, and then gradually increase the dose to 5-10 μg/kg/min and till up to 20 μg/kg/min, to achieve the most satisfactory effect.
